Sounds like AI is the new tulip 😂 Yay, Holland where I was born, for ushering in the first recorded financial bubble, when prices of tulip bulbs skyrocketed to absurd levels and then crashed. And they’re still recovering 😂😂😂
I respectfully disagree, AI is not tulips or even the same as the dot-com bubble. It has the potential (and is already starting) to change everything in an even bigger way that the Internet did. Big tech isn't taking a bet, they're positioning themselves for the next phase of technical evolution. There will probably be a pullback when ROI doesn't meet expectations quickly enough for the short-attention-span market but AI is far from just a flash in the pan.
Dear Marc, you couldn’t have taken me seriously, could ya? I was just being my usual fun self, thinking back to the first recorded bubble 😄 Yes…though still in its infancy, AI is definitely the next phase of technical evolution. I’m excited about the possibilities and know it’s not going away. Still, with AI driving markets right now, I’d hate to see it slip into tulip, dot-com, or housing mode.
